答：

只有具备充分的恩赐（提前3:2，6；6；弗4:8-11；11；何4:6；6；玛2:7；7；林后3:6）6），并得到适当的认可，蒙召从事这一职分的人（耶14:15；15；罗10:15；15；来5:4；4；林前12:28-29；29；提前3:10；4:14；5:22）22），才能讲道。

答：

蒙召传讲上帝圣言的人，应当：

  1. 传讲纯正的教义（多2:1，8）8），殷勤作工（徒18:25）25），无论得时不得时，总要专心（提后4:2）2）；
  2. 表达清楚（林前14:19）19），不用人智慧委婉的言语，乃是用圣灵和大能的明证（林前2:4）4），忠心地把上帝各样的旨意传讲全备（徒20:27）27）；
  3. 根据听众的需要和能力，用诸般的智慧（西1:28；28；提后2:15）15），把上帝的话应用在他们身上（林前3:2；2；来5:12-14，14，路12:42）42）；
  4.  心里火热（徒18:25）25），爱上帝（林后5:13-14；14；腓1:15-17）17），爱上帝的子民（西4:12；12；林后12:15）15）；
  5. 诚诚实实（林后2:17；4:2）2），目的在于使上帝得荣耀（帖前2:4-6；6；约7:18）18），使上帝的子民悔改归正（林前9:19-22）22），得造就（林后12:19；19；弗4:12）12），得救恩（提前4:16；16；徒26:16-18）18）。

They that are called to labor in the ministry of the word, are to preach sound doctrine, diligently, in season and out of season; plainly, not in the enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit, and of power; faithfully, making known the whole counsel of God; wisely, applying themselves to the necessities and capacities of the hearers; zealously, with fervent love to God and the souls of his people; sincerely, aiming at his glory, and their conversion, edification, and salvation.
